LaSalle Network is seeking dynamic college students interested in growing their career to join our team as a Sales Intern

Our Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Business Development team, interacting and learning directly from experienced professionals managing up to $10M accounts individually. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-paced sales environment while directly impacting our business and revenue. Our mission is to hire and retain the best internal staff in our industry; as such, successful candidates may receive a permanent job offer with LaSalle or post-internship job placement assistance at one of our 3,000 clients, ranging from Fortune 100’s to high-growth startups. 

 

Sales Intern Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Major Account Managers to develop client revenue projections 

  • Maintain LaSalle’s sales pipeline and forecasting model  

  • Assist in sales prospecting activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, mass mailings, LinkedIn sourcing, etc. 

  • Conduct market research to identify and communicate with prospective companies 

  • Work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to evaluate sales opportunities through reporting, trends and leads 

 

Sales Intern Requirements: 

  • Currently attending a four-year accredited university majoring in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or a similarly analytical degree program 

  • Available to work in our Chicago Loop office 20 hours/week during the spring OR 35-40 hours/week during the summer

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, sales-oriented environment

  • Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed 

  • Highly proficient in technical/computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

  • Ability to juggle social events in the office one evening followed by early morning client meetings the next day
