Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with an established medical sales and healthcare product manufacturer headquartered in Libertyville, Illinois to hire a new Sales Incentive Manager.

This manager will be a key member of the team that is responsible for managing over 100 sales employees’ incentive and commission plans and will create and manage reports in both Salesforce and Power BI. This manager will oversee a Sales Analyst, work directly with various business leaders within the organization to motivate and incentivize sales employees and strategize incentive plan structures.


This organization is looking for candidates local to Chicago with the ability to work in the Libertyville office on a hybrid schedule. This role has budgeted a base salary of $135,000 plus a 15% bonus.


Sales Incentive Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work as a business partner to Sales Leaders and Sales Reps for all aspects of Sales Incentive Compensation and Reporting, ensuring timely follow up, effective communication and resolution of issues
  • Train sales representatives and managers on Incentive plans
  • Maintain communication with Sales Leadership and Field Sales Teams
  • Manage, train, develop and coach the Sales Incentive Analyst
  • Collaborate with Finance Distributor and Operations teams to ensure accurate sales tracings and distributor reporting
  • Maintain and enhance strong controls to document accurate sales tracings, validate accuracy and ensure that all necessary adjustments are made to sales, baseline and goals


Sales Incentive Manager Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of total experience
  • 5+ years of finance or operations experience
  • Direct experience in sales operations, financial planning or reporting
