LaSalle Network has partnered with a Fortune 500 CPG company based in the Loop that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to growth and success.
This position has a salary of up to $140,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus, and is on a hybrid schedule back in office 3x a week.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic finance initiatives and conduct in-depth financial analyses across departments
- Champion finance transformation projects, including systems modernization, tool implementation, and process automation
- Oversee and develop a team including Senior Finance Analyst and Analyst positions, providing mentorship and performance management
- Create sophisticated financial models addressing ROI assessment, customer profitability, competitive positioning, capital investment evaluation, and pricing strategy
- Oversee comprehensive sales analytics including performance metrics, balanced scorecards, and customer financial reporting systems
- Partner with IT department to establish priorities and ensure timely delivery of critical projects
- Facilitate quarterly domestic profit and loss reviews with Sales executives, examining customer performance, margin trends, and trade investment effectiveness
- Deliver proactive insights on emerging financial trends, potential challenges, and growth opportunities to Finance leadership and business partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive business finance experience
- Team leadership experience required
- MUST have extensive experience building Power BI dashboards
- Demonstrated success in project management, technology implementation, and process automation preferred
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred
