We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team located in Bannockburn, IL. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and analyzing sales incentive programs to ensure they drive desired behaviors and align with company objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sales leadership, finance, and HR teams to design, administer, and evaluate sales compensation plans.

Sales Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of sales compensation programs, including commission calculations, quota attainment tracking, and incentive payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales compensation payouts
  • Reconcile discrepancies in commission calculations and resolve any compensation-related inquiries from the sales team
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to design and implement effective sales compensation plans that align with company revenue and performance objectives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation plans by tracking metrics such as quota attainment, commission payouts, and sales productivity
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimize plan design and improve sales team performance

Sales Compensation Analyst Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and modeling
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
