LaSalle Network is seeking a Sales Analyst to join the team at our downtown Chicago office. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our COO and VP of Sales to leverage our organization’s sales data more effectively.

Sales Analyst Responsibilities:
Communicate with COO and VP of Sales to understand issues, challenges and opportunities for the sales staff
Analyze existing data and reports and make recommendations to leadership for improvements or enhancements
Compile and analyze reports on client retention and new client acquisition
Look at effectiveness of sales tools and technology and help track ROI
Determine the most effective manner of compiling and analyzing staff metrics and productivity
Sales Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Service industry experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience using a CRM system
Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
