Our client, a dynamic and evolving national real estate firm, is looking for a Revenue Management Analyst to join their asset management team. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, strategic environment. You will oversee revenue optimization across a multifamily property portfolio, working to maximize both rental and ancillary income. This includes managing parking fees, storage fees, laundry income, and other streams, while collaborating with internal teams and external service providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue or asset management and an analytical mindset, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to the organization’s growth.
Revenue Management Analyst Responsibilities:
- As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will have a direct impact on the financial success of the property portfolio by identifying new revenue opportunities and optimizing existing income streams
- This is a newly created position within a growing company, offering you the opportunity to shape and grow the role while advancing your career in the real estate sector
- Make daily pricing decisions using advanced revenue management software to align with company strategies and enhance income from rental and ancillary sources
- Regularly audit tenant compliance with ancillary revenue policies (e.g., pet fees, late fees) to ensure adherence and revenue maximization
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop profitable agreements (e.g., parking, storage, utilities). Negotiate favorable terms to add new revenue opportunities
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor pricing to propose new revenue-generating strategies
- Work closely with the data team to create monthly and quarterly reports on income performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities
Revenue Management Analyst Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a revenue/asset management, pricing, or related role
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on pricing, revenue generation, and data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Yardi, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus (open to other software experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, tenants, and third-party vendors
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment
