Retention and Inbound Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and chats, and resolve customer issues
- Contact existing customers to address questions or to follow-up on current marketing campaigns
- Ensure customers sign applications and sell the caller on features and benefits of services
- Provide a high level of service to callers and apply a professional attitude for all customers
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, and perform other functions as assigned by management
Retention and Inbound Sales Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recent call center sales or retail experience
- Motivated personality with drive to exceed goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a results and performance based culture
- Perform well in an independent work environment while contributing to the overall success of the team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clear criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
