As a Remote Recruiter, our client is looking for a candidate who is energetic, outgoing, and detail oriented to help drive the growth of the organization. This opportunity will give you the chance to work hand in hand with the HR Manager, share new ideas, and help implement new processes as the Remote Recruiter!
Remote Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple requisitions
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and everything up until an offer stage
- Assist with employee questions
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- Provide support in compliance and employment laws
Remote Recruiter Requirements:
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- Prior IT recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive mentality
