Remote Manager of Transportation Claims

Our client, a fast-growing insurance provider, is seeking a Remote Manager of Transportation Claims to continue to build out a Claims organization. This remote company is partnering with one the largest corporations globally and is continuing to expand their footprint in the claims space.

The Remote Manager of Transportation Claims will be responsible for all commercial auto claims across the account and improving the claims processes moving forward. This Remote Manager of Transportation Claims will also be responsible for hiring a team of claims adjustors to create a high performing department.

Remote Manager of Transportation Claims Responsibilities:   

• Provide leadership and vision to create a transportation claims team
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset in handling all claims
• Handle any claims escalation issues and resolve within a timely manager
• Hire and lead a high-performing claims team
• Develop process improvement objectives and strategies to better execute initiatives from a high level and communicate with key leadership to drive change   

• 8+ years of experience in a claims leadership role
• Start-up experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
