The Remote Credit Reporting Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing credit data, working with credit bureaus, and ensuring compliance with credit reporting regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with credit bureau reporting, including working with eOSCAR software to resolve disputes and ensure accurate data reporting. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Remote Credit Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the accurate reporting of client credit information to all major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion)
- Submit and update credit data for new loans, changes in account status, and other credit-related events
- Monitor credit reporting activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
- Utilize eOSCAR software to manage and resolve credit disputes and inaccuracies efficiently
- Process and respond to credit report disputes in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCRA, ECOA)
- Work with eOSCAR to update, correct, or delete inaccurate information as needed based on dispute resolution
Remote Credit Reporting Analyst Requirements:
- Expertise with eOSCAR software and a deep understanding of credit dispute resolution processes.
- Knowledge of the credit reporting industry, including regulations (FCRA, ECOA, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling disputes and communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking and analyzing data
