Job Description

Our client, a mission-driven fin-tech platform providing credit access to millions of Americans, is seeking a Remote Compensation Lead to join their growing total rewards department! This department is a bit newer, so they are looking for someone with strong compensation experience who is independent, a team player and comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Remote Compensation Lead Responsibilities:    

  • Oversee compensation for about 500 employees
  • Work closely with compensation vendors in their job architecture study 
  • Assist with compensation initiatives, including gathering market data, data analysis and reporting to leadership
  • Analyze data provided by vendors and partners, and be a thought partner to leadership on how to utilize that data to ensure they are competitive in the marketplace
  • Assist with benefits projects as needed

Remote Compensation Lead Requirements:   
  • 3+ years of compensation experience 
  • Ideally has experience with UKG/UltiPro
  • Must have experience gathering market data, doing data analysis and presenting findings and suggestions to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Personable, organized, confident and a team-player
