Regulatory Compliance Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain regulatory documentation in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in implementing necessary updates to documentation and internal procedures.
- Support regulatory submissions and audits by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, and Operations teams to collect and verify product information.
- Communicate complex regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a regulatory, quality, or documentation role, ideally within the food or food ingredients industry
This is a direct hire opportunity with an annual salary range between $50,000-$55,000 annually with a 10% bonus. This position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and FSA and HSA options.
Work Model: Hybrid – 1 day on-site in Evanston, 4 days remote
