Are you a results-driven professional passionate about building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth? Join my client as a Regional Sales Manager and make a significant impact in a competitive and dynamic market!

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will establish and implement sales strategies, engage in relationship management with suppliers, and establish pricing both with suppliers and for customers. You will manage region subordinates in PVL Sales, Industrial Sales and CVL Fuel Sales and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. 

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Directs region sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals
  • Analyzes marketplace and competitive situations to determine customer price schedules and discount rates
  • Directs region staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program
  • Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, assigning accounts, establishes quotas and goals
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years managing direct reports as well as building and growing high performing sales teams
  • Familiarity with finished lubricants or related industries is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships
