LaSalle Network is partnering with one of the highest grossing firms in the world. Our client is looking for Regional Recruitment Manager to support the team's northeast region offices.


The Regional Recruitment Manager is responsible for designing and executing a recruitment strategy to attract, evaluate and hire partners and lateral associates across the three northeast region offices; Boston, DC and New York.


The Regional Recruitment Manager will oversee a recruitment team and manage the hiring for the annual summer program. The Regional Recruitment Manager will maintain a positive and respectful work environment, mentor staff members in the performance of their duties and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Regional Recruitment Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategy for northeast region offices
  • Provide guidance, support and management to a team of recruiters
  • Responsible for hiring Lateral Associates and Partners
  • Managing Summer Recruitment Program

Regional Recruitment Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • 5-8 years in law firm recruiting
  • Lateral recruiting experience
