Referral Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Verify information and processing referrals
- Load the referrals in the intake department
- Handle high call volume
Referral Coordinator Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience with prior authorizations, pharmacy, benefits, billing and referrals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
