Job Description
Our client, a growing tech startup in the software development space, is looking for a new Recruiting Manager, Sales to oversee a large team of recruiters and build out their sales team in the US. This is a hybrid position and can be based in Chicago, New York City, Nashville, Phoenix or San Francisco. If you are an experienced recruiting manager with go-to-market and/or sales recruiting experience in the tech startup space, then this may be the role for you!
Recruiting Manager, Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage a large team of sales recruiters in a high-growth tech startup environment
- Operationalize processes and procedures in the recruiting department
- Support the Head of TA in overall strategy and process improvement
- Assess, develop and oversee recruiting efforts for a team of 14+
Recruiting Manager, Sales Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing a sales recruiting team in a high-growth tech startup
- Must have experience overseeing a team of 5+ recruiters with a heavy focus on sales and business development recruiting
- Experience with Greenhouse a plus
