Job Description

Our client, a young and growing logistics company in Burr Ridge, IL, is looking for a Recruiter to lead all recruiting efforts for the company! This is a newly created role and will oversee all recruiting processes across the company, with a specific focus on sales. Their ideal candidate has strong sourcing and recruiting experience and is organized, driven, independent and a self-starter.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Create and implement recruiting strategies
Source and recruit candidates for varying positions
Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews
Create and monitor job postings
Extend job offers and own the negotiation process

Recruiter Requirements:

2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for sales in a manufacturing, logistics and/or light industrial setting
Strong written and verbal skills
