LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing real estate firm to hire a Hospitality Coordinator for their Miami office. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, service, and creating exceptional in-office experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and guests with a warm, professional approach

Serve as the go-to resource for office services, events, and wayfinding

Provide expert recommendations on local restaurants, hotels, and events

Support meetings and day-to-day operations with proactive communication

Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues
Qualifications:

1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Friendly, flexible, and polished with a strong attention to detail
