Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a law firm that is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in their Miami office. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional image and reputation of the firm by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. 


Receptionist Responsibilities:  

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor 

  • Answer and screen phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual 

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms 

  • Schedule appointments, meetings and conference room bookings 

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying documents 

Receptionist Requirement:  

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Professional demeanor and appearance 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
