Job Description
Our client, a commercial real estate company, is looking for a growth motivated Accounting Manager to add to their team. This Accounting Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, owned by various funds and joint ventures.
**Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days WFH a week.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned portfolio of commercial properties
- Lead communication and processes with outside property teams
- Joint venture, acquisitions and dispositions responsibilities
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgeting, rent rolls, lease maintenance and financial analysis
- Review and approve tax escalations
- Manage loan compliance and cash management
- Lead month-end and reconciliation duties
Accounting Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- Experience with funds and joint ventures
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Systems knowledge preferred, currently use Excel, CAM and Copar
