Job Description

Our client, a commercial real estate company, is looking for a growth motivated Accounting Manager to add to their team. This Accounting Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, owned by various funds and joint ventures.
**Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days WFH a week.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned portfolio of commercial properties
  • Lead communication and processes with outside property teams
  • Joint venture, acquisitions and dispositions responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, budgeting, rent rolls, lease maintenance and financial analysis
  • Review and approve tax escalations
  • Manage loan compliance and cash management
  • Lead month-end and reconciliation duties

Accounting Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Experience with funds and joint ventures
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Systems knowledge preferred, currently use Excel, CAM and Copar
