Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity for a Quality & Regulatory Manager at our innovative flavor and ingredient client. You will be an integral part of the management team and lead a team of three to exceed quality expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a team and lead strategy to improve quality and regulatory compliance and travel to a variety of sites.
Quality & Regulatory Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of three
- Ensure final product shipments meet expectations
- Interact with internal teams (Client Services, R&D, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain)
- Analyze, review and interpret FDA regulations
- Maintain and improve product safety and quality culture
- Interact with customers
Quality & Regulatory Manager Requirements:
- Excellent collaboration, leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational, verbal and email communication skills
- 7-10 years of quality and/or regulatory experience
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines and food safety
- Ability for local travel 20% of the time
