Quality Assurance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization's Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Manage UL certifications for individual components to finished products
- Oversee, coach, and mentor a team of technicians, providing training and building a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis and investigations into product non-conformances
- A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a quality leadership role
- Must have experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Must have expert level knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
