Job Description
A real estate investment, development and consutrction firm is looking to hire a Property Accountant to join their accounting and finance team in Dallas, TX. This company has been around for over 20 years and has doubled their portfolio twice over the past three years. This candidate will be reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Property Accountant Responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties
- Post journal entries to general ledger and handle compile month-end close documents
- Financial statement preparation
- Prepare financials for properties in portfolio
Property Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 1+ year in full cycle accounting
