Project Manager - Engineer

Our partner is looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in construction or architectural project management to join their team as a Project Manager. 

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budget allocation 
• Strictly adhere to performance indicators within safety, scope and budget
• Manage the project team, organize and lead internal meetings; organize and conduct project meetings
• Assist in project estimations, request bids for work scope and assure written proposals are prepared for estimates
• Generate leads for new projects
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and other construction documents
• Negotiate various types of owner contracts

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a process or project manager capacity
• Strong knowledge of CAD or Project Management software preferred
• Excellent organizational, leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
