Project Manager – Infrastructure, Operations & Cybersecurity Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations projects from strategy through implementation
- Collaborate with IT, security, operations, engineering, and business leaders to align priorities
- Own project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation across multiple initiatives
- Define goals, KPIs, and delivery milestones to meet evolving business needs
- Drive governance adherence and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industry regulations
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Facilitate vendor coordination and contract execution as needed
- Lead post-project reviews to refine future practices
Project Manager – Infrastructure, Operations & Cybersecurity Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- PMP certification required
- 5+ years managing complex IT/operations projects; 2+ years in infrastructure or cybersecurity
- Fluent in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Comfortable working across matrixed teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Must be available onsite in Chicago 2x per week
