Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align workstream plans with integration objectives and ensure successful execution
- Track deliverables, monitor milestones, and follow up with stakeholders to address delays or blockers
- Identify risks, escalate critical issues to leadership, and drive mitigation efforts
- Assist the Director of Business Enablement in managing the overall integration program, including timely updates for weekly IMO reporting
- Work closely with business leaders, the Engagement & Communications Manager, and the L&D Manager to coordinate change management initiatives and integration communications
- Maintain transparent records of decisions, risks, and status updates across all workstreams
- Support ad hoc projects, lead meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed
- Identifies gaps before they become issues, ensuring seamless execution
- Coordinates and aligns teams on integration objectives effectively
- Thrives in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Clearly conveys complex information to stakeholders, including leadership
Project Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with expertise in M&A integrations, enterprise transformations, or large-scale process improvements
- Direct experience managing workforce, system, and process integrations in M&A or similar settings
- Strong background in executive reporting and stakeholder decision support
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive accountability
- Proven track record of managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong experience in risk identification, mitigation, and tracking
- Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet and Jira preferred)
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments
