Project Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a client to hire a Project Manger. The Project Manager role in the Information Services team defines and manages projects across domains (IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance). Responsibilities span business analysis, project leadership, resource coordination, budget oversight and risk management. Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office, this role thrives on effective communication.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes for initial project assessments
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
• Manage complex cross-functional projects
• Provide guidance on change management during project rollouts
• Ensure project deliverables meet timelines and budgets
• Maintain the PMO dashboard and update project statuses
• Communicate risks and issues to project sponsors
• Manage change control processes and project quality
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet business requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (business-related); PMP certification a plus
• 5+ years of diverse Project Management experience (IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance)
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools; MS Project/Smartsheet preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Success in leading business and technical projects
• Presentation skills for Senior Management
• Budget development and tracking familiarity
• Project leadership and stakeholder management expertise
• Change management and vendor management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
