Job Description
LaSalle Network is searching for Project Managers with varying levels of experience to support a hiring initiative that is projected to roll out in the coming weeks by one of our partners in the healthcare industry. These individuals will be responsible for planning, organizing and providing guidance to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently as well as acting as a liaison between team members and any relevant stakeholders.Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks to team members in accordance to experience and expertise to ensure projects are completed in line with requirements and on time.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Project Manager Requirements:
- PMP Certification
- Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
- 3 years minimum of formal Project Management experience
- Thorough understanding of Project Management methods and standards
