What You’ll Do

  • Own the Program: Take charge of the full program lifecycle—from early development to production and final delivery.

  • Lead with Purpose: Build and inspire cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and more.

  • Deliver Results: Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure programs are on track and exceed expectations.

  • Problem-Solve in Real Time: Navigate roadblocks and risk with confidence, developing smart solutions quickly.

  • Keep Everyone in the Loop: Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, team members, and leadership.

  • Drive Innovation: Support new product ideas and technology development by integrating customer feedback and market needs.

  • Elevate the Experience: Ensure a top-notch customer experience through attention to quality, timing, and transparency.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Keeping customer happiness high across quality, delivery, responsiveness, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 5+ years of program, project, or product management experience in a technical or manufacturing setting.

  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver successful outcomes.

  • Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries is a plus (but not required).

Skills & Traits

  • Natural leader with strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, without losing sight of the big picture.

  • Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments.

  • Financially savvy—able to work with budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and delivering amazing results.
