What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

5+ years of program, project, or product management experience in a technical or manufacturing setting.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver successful outcomes.

Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries is a plus (but not required).
