LaSalle Network is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to join an innovative retail operations team in Bolingbrook! In this fast-paced role, you’ll help keep product transitions running smoothly, ensure SKU accuracy, and support buyers and brand partners across multiple systems.

What’s the job?

Maintain SKU accuracy and disposition updates in internal systems

Partner with buyers to manage markdowns and product transitions

Create and process RTV/DIF requests and ensure proper documentation

Communicate updates to cross-functional teams with attention to detail and urgency

Troubleshoot issues and help develop efficient solutions
What’s needed?

Minimum 2 years of administrative or product operations experience

Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau a plus

Clear communicator with exceptional attention to detail

Creative thinker with strong initiative and a positive attitude

Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
