As a Product Manager, you’ll translate customer and business needs into actionable plans, ensuring teams are building the right features at the right time. This is an ideal role for a driven Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.
What’s the job?
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with company strategy
- Write clear user stories and product requirements for engineering and design teams
- Define KPIs, track product performance and adjust strategy based on insights
- Communicate updates and documentation clearly to stakeholders
- Champion customer needs through research, interviews and analytics
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end ownership
- Experience supporting web, desktop and/or mobile applications
- Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chicago, Monday through Friday
- Competitive salary between $90,000–$120,000
