This isn’t a desk-only job—it’s a hands-on, boots-on-the-floor role where logistics meets leadership. You'll be embedded in a fast-paced DC environment, working cross-functionally to tighten operations, elevate efficiency, and reduce downtime.

If you thrive on solving problems in real time, love building better systems, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, we want you on our team.

Process Improvement Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Identify, implement, and document process improvements across the DC

  • Monitor workflows and optimize logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Lead collaboration with 3PL teams and hold them accountable to key KPIs

  • Analyze inventory movement and create flow strategies for inbound and outbound success

  • Coordinate customer and sales returns in line with defined business rules

  • Troubleshoot WCS software and mechanical issues with vendors

  • Own the documentation process for operational stoppages, changes, and interventions

  • Run internal meetings and vendor check-ins to keep everything—and everyone—on track

  • Jump in where needed, from managing shipping/receiving to daily admin tasks

Process Improvement Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree required

  • 0–2 years' experience in facility operations, WCS, or conveyor systems preferred

  • Willingness to work on-site in a warehouse/office hybrid role

  • Steel-toe shoes and physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs (occasionally)

  • Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Visio and WMS/WCS experience a plus

  • Detail-oriented with a get-it-done mindset

  • Clear communicator with strong documentation and organizational skills

This is your chance to take real ownership of high-impact projects in a high-speed environment. Think fast, work hard, and help drive the next generation of operational excellence.
