LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading name in the insurance space in their search for a Contract to Hire Print/Production Coordinator.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production of direct mail and printed marketing materials.
This role partners closely with internal teams and external print vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards!
This position sits in the greater Brentwood area and requires candidates to be onsite 3-4 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate print production from pre-screen through final delivery
- Review and audit jobs for accuracy, completeness, and production readiness
- Manage vendor relationships, proofing, pre-press approvals, and print schedules
- Ensure cost-effective print runs and assist with vendor quoting and negotiation
- Act as liaison between Marketing, Graphics, and print partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting quality or timelines
- Maintain knowledge of postal regulations, production standards, and industry trends
- Support process improvements, reporting, and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of print production, pre-press, or printing industry experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of pre-press, printing, paper, lettershop, and postal regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
This opportunity is perfect for candidates open to around $45k-$50k as a base salary upon conversion and pays $20/hr-$24/hr, depending on experience.
