Job Description

Our client, a non-profit organization in the health and wellness space, is looking for a Physician Recruiter to join their growing team!  

 

In this role, the Physician Recruiter will create and implement recruiting strategies, source healthcare providers in an array of practices and facilitate onsite tours for candidates at their locations throughout Will County, Cook County, Kane County and DuPage County. 

 

Physician Recruiter Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit and interview physicians in a range of specialties 

  • Create and implement recruiting strategies 

  • Establish and manage relationships with recruiting and staffing firms 

  • Coordinate and facilitate onsite physician visits and tours 

 

Physician Recruiter Requirements:  

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting medical providers 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Experience with federally qualified health centers is a plus 

  • Ability to provide facility tours outside of 8-5 office hours 

  • Ability to travel to facilities throughout Will County, Cook County, Kane County and DuPage County
