We are seeking Payroll Testing Specialists to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Testing for an Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation. This is a temporary role focused solely on validating payroll results, performing parallel runs, reconciling outputs, and analysis—no compliance, payroll troubleshooting, tax processing, SOP creation, or training responsibilities.

Payroll Testing Specialists Responsibilities:
  • Execute UAT and parallel testing for the ECP implementation
  • Validate payroll results by conducting parallel payroll runs and reconciling outputs
  • Analyze discrepancies between legacy and new payroll systems
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll team, Director, and ECP Technical Specialist to ensure accuracy
  • Document test results and communicate findings effectively

Payroll Testing Specialists Requirements:
  • Experience with UAT and parallel testing in payroll implementations
  • Strong analytical skills for reconciling payroll data and identifying discrepancies
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work directly with a tight-knit Payroll team (4 employees), the Payroll Director, and an ECP Technical Specialist
  • Can work in a highly collaborative environment with a supportive team
