Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered a manufacturing company in Wheaton, Illinois seeking a Payroll Accountant. As the Payroll Accountant, you will wield your payroll baton to ensure their talented workforce receives their just rewards.

Payroll Accountant Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee timecards, overtime and bonuses
  • Ensure payroll tax compliance
  • Manage benefits administration and deductions
  • Maintain the payroll ledger, resolving discrepancies
  • Deliver stellar customer service for all payroll inquiries
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records

Payroll Accountant Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
  • A proven track record in payroll processing and payroll tax
  • Mastery of payroll software and Microsoft Excel and ADP
  • Eye for detail and organizational prowess
  • Knack for solving problems
  • Communication skills and a team player
