LaSalle Network is hiring a Payments and Benefits Representative located in Oak Brook, IL! This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with the potential to extend. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others resolve complex issues.
As a Payments and Benefits Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, agents, and government entities—delivering exceptional service while processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
What’s the job?
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding life insurance policies via phone and email
- Handle approximately 30–35 calls daily with efficiency and professionalism
- Process payments and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- ???????Collaborate with agents, clients, and external organizations to resolve payment and benefits questions
- Maintain organized records and manage multiple priorities
- Compensation: $18/hour
