A highly regarded market research company headquartered in Chicago is looking for a Part-Time Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Part-Time Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling general FAQ questions, creative problem-solving and troubleshooting of customer technical issues. You will work closely with an experienced team and will be taking daily emails to help grow and maintain their customers.


Part-Time Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers using a mobile app
  • Identify trends across customers and work with management to provide top-notch solutions
  • Provide impeccable customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutions
  • Communicate internally and escalate customer requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution


Part-Time Technical Support Specialist Requirements:

  • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • Ability to create and improve upon standard operating procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Must be open to part time hours at least three days a week and a few hours on the weekends
