LaSalle Network is hiring a Temporary Part-Time HR Administrator to support a fast-paced, people-focused HR team at a mission-driven organization in the health and wellness space. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience who is ready to jump in and contribute right away. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and available immediately, this short-term role is your chance to make an impact and build valuable HR experience.
Part-Time HR Administrator Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding tasks, including collecting and verifying I-9 documentation

Support payroll processes by entering and updating changes such as pay adjustments, job titles, and tax details

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system

Help coordinate employee communication, training schedules, and HR file audits

Provide general administrative support across HR and payroll functions
Part-Time HR Administrator Requirements:

Administrative experience supporting payroll processes is required
-
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and Outlook)

Comfortable learning and using HRIS or payroll software

Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time independently

Must be available to start immediately

Temporary position; approximately 20 hours per week
