Our client is dedicated to creating and delivering exceptional beverages that delight their customers. As a growing company in the beverage industry, they value innovation, quality and teamwork. They are currently seeking a Part-Time Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Miramar, Florida.

The Part-Time Financial Analyst will support the finance team by providing detailed financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the beverage industry while maintaining a flexible work schedule. The schedule is 20 hours per week, onsite Monday- Friday from 9am- 2pm.

Part-Time Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document underlying causes of variances
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant data and provide insights
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and projects
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic recommendations
  • Conduct pricing analysis and contribute to pricing strategy development
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive management and stakeholders

Part-Time Financial Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or beverage industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables & VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
