Job Description
The weather may be cooling down, but the job market is heating up! LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading non-profit organization in Humboldt Park, Chicago to find an Accounting Assistant.

As an Accounting Assistant, you will need to showcase efficiency and responsibility as you will be a key component to assisting the accounting team.

Applicants must have at least one year of accounting experience to apply.

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Scan documents
  • Assist with audit and review documentation
  • Process and enter invoices into the system
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies

Accounting Assistant Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Great attention to detail and organization
