LaSalle Network has partnered with a Digital Marketing Agency in their search for a results-driven SEM Manager to lead and optimize paid search campaigns for clients, primarily on Google Ads.
In this role, you’ll manage budgets, analyze performance, and work with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to drive traffic and boost conversions.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Paid Search Campaigns: Create, oversee, and optimize SEM campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
- Budget Oversight: Track and manage daily/monthly budgets to ensure efficient spend.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign success and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, and merchandising to align campaigns with larger business goals.
- Optimize Ads: Run A/B tests on copy and manage bid strategies to improve clicks and conversions.
- Coordinate with Partners: Work with external vendors and agencies to hit performance goals.
- Report Results: Share insights and data-driven recommendations with marketing leadership.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest SEM trends and continuously test new tactics.
- Pitch In as Needed: Attend trainings and support broader marketing efforts as required.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on SEM campaign management with strong results.
- Proficiency with Google Ads (including Performance Max/PMAX) and Google Analytics.
- Experience with bidding strategies and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Strong organization and time management, able to juggle multiple projects.
