As a Paid Media Associate, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You’ll work alongside the PR and digital teams to support brand initiatives through targeted advertising strategies that drive measurable results.
Paid Media Associate Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across social, search, and display channels

Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies

Optimize campaigns in real time to improve performance against KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards

Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives

Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad platforms

Assist in preparing client-facing reports and insights
Paid Media Associate Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency setting

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience A/B testing creative and audience segments

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
