Operational Technology (OT) Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee SCADA modernization and analytics improvements across production environments
- Design and implement OT strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and resolve performance, security, and integration challenges
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for flawless project delivery
- Manage complex, multi-site project timelines and resources
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- 15+ years of OT/IT experience, ideally in high-throughput manufacturing
- Experience with Rockwell or Ignition-based SCADA systems (Preferred)
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, firewalls, servers, and infrastructure
- Relevant certifications or OEM-specific training a strong asset
