Our client, a provider of learning and development curriculum for youth, is looking to hire an Order Processing Specialist. This position is available due to the expansion of our client's business as the company is experiencing exponential growth. The Order Processing Specialist will be based in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
Order Processing Specialist Responsibilities:

Provide regular reporting on areas of responsibility (forecast inventory based on sales history, current trends and open opportunities in Salesforce)

Manage vendor performance
-
Regularly provide inventory forecasting, obtainment of quotes, PO placement and management and reconciliation with accounts payable

Manage logistical activities including special delivery requests and needs at the destination
Order Processing Specialist Requirements:

Advanced analytical aptitude in Excel
-
Experience with NetSuite is required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Industrial Technology or any other related field is preferred
