LaSalle Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our client’s operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing productivity, maximizing profitability and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including inventory management, procurement, production and distribution
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning
  • Set clear goals and objectives for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive corrective actions
  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource utilization
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic resource planning

Operations Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success in optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
