LaSalle Network is seeking an On-site Level II Technical Lead to manage and elevate a team of IT support professionals at a critical client location. If you're a solutions-focused leader who enjoys mentoring, hands-on troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is for you. You'll be the technical go-to for Level 2 support while working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to keep everything running smoothly.
On-site Level II Technical Lead Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide a Level 2 support team

Resolve complex IT issues and perform root cause analysis

Partner with technical teams to resolve reoccurring problems

Create documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks

Handle escalations and ticket reviews with an eye for trends and improvements

Ensure adherence to SLA/SLO and ITSM best practices
-
Provide end-user support and contribute to project implementations
On-site Level II Technical Lead Requirements:

5–7 years of technical support and leadership experience

Expertise with SCCM, Intune, AD, and Microsoft 365

Familiarity with hybrid infrastructures, cloud services, and backup systems like Veeam
-
Experience working with IDS/IPS tools and SQL databases

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills

Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications preferred
