LaSalle Network is partnered with a family-owned spirits company looking for a seasonal office coordinator to support their office & team. The Office Coordinator will keep the office running smoothly, support the leadership with administrative tasks and answer general calls from customers and clients.   

 

Office Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests and answer phones  

  • Handle general administrative support for leadership team  

  • Schedule appointments and meetings 

  • Maintain office and order office supplies  

  • Order catering for meetings 

  • Prepare presentations and proposals 

  •   

Office Coordinator Requirements: 

  • 1+ year of relevant administrative experience 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Organized and detail-oriented 

  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish
