LaSalle Network has partnered with a power solutions company that serves a wide range of global organizations in creating customized electrical, mechanical and control unit solutions. They are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team onsite in Franklin Park, IL.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals
  • Respond to emails, letters and other forms of communication
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and events
  • Send out announcements and reminders to staff
  • Distribute documents to relevant parties
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Keep the office space neat and organized
  • Archive documents in accordance with company policies
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, avoiding conflicts
  • Send out calendar invites and reminders
  • Assist with invoice processing and expense reports
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Interact with clients or customers in person, via phone or email

Office Coordinator Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working within an office setting or doing customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Bachelor degree
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
