NetSuite Administrator

Job Summary
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. You will partner closely with finance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure that NetSuite meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the NetSuite ERP platform including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations.
  • Maintain system integrity and ensure data accuracy across financials, procurement, inventory, CRM, and project modules.
  • Manage third-party integrations and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on implementation and upgrades.
  • Develop saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scripts to support business users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Provide training and documentation to end users.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.
  • Stay current on NetSuite updates and recommend/implement new features where appropriate.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.).
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data migration tools, and integration platforms (e.g.Dell Boomi).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile tech environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech startup.
  • Prior involvement in NetSuite implementations or major system upgrades.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2 or SOX.
